In order to comply with the AICTE Regulations for guiding and counselling students, a "Counselling & Career Guidance Cell" has been constituted in Pondicherry Engineering College with the following objectives:

1. To facilitate confidential personal/academic counselling to the students hailing from varied challenging backgrounds.

2. To help students cope with the increasing demands from the industry and familiarise them with future challenges.

3. To Provide a platform for students' personality development.
